Review all 20 Second Relief terms, policies, waivers, and disclosures below. Questions or requests can be sent to support@20sr.com.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and 20 Second Relief, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “20 Second Relief”), the operator of the 20 Second Relief website, web application, and related services (the “Platform”).
YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not meet this requirement, or do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
The Platform provides wellness and educational movement content developed by a practitioner licensed to provide massage therapy in the State of California. The Platform does not provide physical therapy, chiropractic care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or any other licensed healthcare service, and no provider-patient or therapist-client relationship is formed by your use of the Platform.
All content, including movement programs, videos, written instructions, and check-ins, is provided for general wellness and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new movement program, particularly if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, have had recent surgery, or have any medical condition or injury.
If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse symptom during or after any movement shown on the Platform, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional. In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
For complete details, see our Wellness & Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Use of the Platform involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Before using the Platform, you will be asked to complete a Health Screening Form and to accept our Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your continued use of the Platform after completing those documents constitutes your ongoing acknowledgment of the risks described in them.
These Terms govern your use of the 20 Second Relief website, web application, subscription programs, educational content, community features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Wellness & Medical Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must create an account to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts of users we believe do not meet this requirement.
You may not:
You own your reviews, comments, and feedback but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use them in connection with the Platform. We own all program content, videos, software, and other Platform materials. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Website subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, depending on the plan you select. Apple in-app subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, unless the offer expressly states that it does not renew. Before you complete a purchase, we will clearly and conspicuously disclose the recurring nature of the subscription, the amount and frequency of charges, the length of the billing period, our cancellation policy, and our refund policy. After you purchase, we will send you a confirmation of these terms that you can retain.
For Apple subscriptions, payment is charged to your Apple Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. Manage or cancel these subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Apple's purchase and renewal terms apply to purchases billed by Apple.
If a free trial includes automatic renewal, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the disclosed deadline. We will disclose the price, duration and renewal terms before the trial begins. A free offer that expressly states it does not renew ends after its stated duration without an automatic charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, using a process at least as simple as the one you used to sign up. You are not required to call or email us to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. Refund requests are covered by the Refund Policy in Section 6.6 below.
For website subscriptions, log into your 20SR account, go to Settings or Billing, select Active Plan, and select Cancel Subscription. Your cancellation request is effective immediately upon submission for purposes of stopping future renewal. Access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
For Apple subscriptions, use Manage Apple subscription in 20SR Settings, or open your iPhone Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, then select 20SR and Cancel Subscription. Website billing controls cannot cancel a subscription billed by Apple.
We may change our subscription pricing at any time on a going-forward basis. If a price change would apply to your then-current subscription, we will provide you advance notice before the new price takes effect and give you the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new price. Continuing your subscription after a disclosed price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Updated September 29, 2026
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you will not be billed again, and you'll continue to have access to 20 Second Relief until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable, including monthly and annual plans, except where required by law.
To request a refund, email support@20sr.com.
Apple handles refunds for purchases billed through your Apple Account. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility under its terms and applicable consumer law. Our website refund window does not determine eligibility for an Apple refund.
The Platform may be accessed from outside the United States, including the United Kingdom and European Union. If you are located in the UK or EU, please see the International Users section of our Privacy Policy for information about how your personal data is processed and transferred.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 20 SECOND RELIEF, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. Except as set forth in our Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement, we are not responsible for personal injury, physical harm, or property damage resulting from ordinary use of the Platform or its content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 20 Second Relief, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
We have designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to: Copyright Agent, 20 Second Relief, Inc., 4441 Sepulveda Blvd., Culver City, CA 90230; Email: support@20sr.com. Our designated agent is also registered with the U.S. Copyright Office's Designated Agent Directory.
If you believe that content available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice and will make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringing activity.
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, you and 20 Second Relief, Inc. agree to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property.
You and 20 Second Relief, Inc. agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THE WELLNESS & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER, THE HEALTH SCREENING FORM, AND THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT.

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We may receive information from payment processors, analytics providers, and third-party sign-in services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Stripe (payments), hosting providers, analytics providers, and email providers, each acting under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We may disclose information to comply with law, a court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 20 Second Relief, our users, or the public.
Reviews and community content you post publicly are visible to other users and, where you opt in, the general public.
We work with advertising partners such as Meta and Google, who place pixels and similar tracking technologies on our public marketing and advertising pages to help us measure and improve ad performance. This may be considered “sharing” of personal information under California law. These tools are strictly limited to marketing and advertising pages and are never enabled on any page within the Platform that displays health screening, intake, check-in, or other consumer health data. You can opt out of this sharing at any time by emailing support@20sr.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supporting browser, which we honor as a valid opt-out request.
Review and update your information by logging into your account, or contact support@20sr.com to request deletion.
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We will still send account-related emails.
See our Cookie Policy for information about controlling cookies, pixels, and tracking preferences, including how to submit an opt-out request and how we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
California residents have the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of advertising pixels, described in Section 3.4, may be considered “sharing” under California law. To opt out, contact support@20sr.com. Because we collect health-related information, which is “sensitive personal information” under California law, you also have the right to limit our use of that information to what is necessary to provide the Platform, and, as described above, we never use consumer health data for advertising in any event. To exercise these rights, contact support@20sr.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, the following applies to our processing of your personal data:
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Payment transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform or as required by law, and we delete or anonymize it upon account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
The Platform is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice (“Notice”) supplements our Privacy Policy. Some states, including Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut, have enacted laws that specifically regulate consumer health data. “Consumer health data” means personal information linked or reasonably linkable to you that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status, as defined by applicable law.
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share consumer health data with any third party except (a) service providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform, under written confidentiality obligations, (b) with your affirmative, opt-in consent, or (c) as required by law. We never use consumer health data for advertising, and our advertising partners never receive consumer health data.
We retain consumer health data as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes in this Notice or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your affirmative consent before we collect or share your consumer health data. This Wellness & Medical Disclaimer is incorporated into, and forms part of, the 20 Second Relief, Inc. Terms of Service.
20 Second Relief, Inc. content is created and overseen by a practitioner licensed to provide massage therapy in the State of California. 20 Second Relief is not a physical therapy practice, medical practice, or chiropractic practice, and nothing on the Platform should be understood as physical therapy, medical, or chiropractic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use of the Platform does not create a therapist-client, provider-patient, or other clinical relationship between you and 20 Second Relief, Inc. or any individual associated with it.
All movement programs, videos, written instructions, and check-ins are provided for general wellness and educational purposes only. They are not individualized to your specific medical condition and are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider.
Consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new movement program, particularly if you are pregnant or recently gave birth; have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or history of stroke; have had recent surgery; have a chronic pain condition, disc or joint injury, or neurological condition; are recovering from an injury; or have any concern about your ability to safely perform physical movement. See our Health Screening Form for a more complete list of screening questions.
If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or any other adverse symptom during or after performing any movement shown on the Platform, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional. In a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not rely on the Platform for emergency situations.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that 20 Second Relief, Inc. is not liable for any injury, adverse health outcome, or other harm arising from your use of or reliance on content provided through the Platform, except as otherwise provided in our Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement and Terms of Service.
Questions about this Disclaimer: support@20sr.com
This Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you and 20 Second Relief, Inc. (“Company”) in connection with your use of the 20 Second Relief Platform.
I understand that participation in movement, stretching, and exercise programs offered through the Platform involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, falls, and, in rare cases, more serious injury. I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities, and I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I might incur as a result of participating.
In consideration for being permitted to use the Platform, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge 20 Second Relief, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of ordinary negligence in connection with my use of the Platform. This release does not apply to claims arising from the Released Parties' gross negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct, which cannot be released under California law.
I represent that I have completed the Health Screening Form accurately and that, to the best of my knowledge, I have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation, or that I have consulted my physician and received clearance to participate.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in Platform activities, to the extent caused by my own acts or omissions.
I have read this Agreement, I understand its terms, and I accept it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. I understand this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California, and that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement is presented and accepted electronically within the 20 Second Relief app, as its own acceptance step separate from the general Terms of Service. Before you can access the Platform, you will be required to review the full text of this Agreement and click “I Agree”, which will only become available after you have scrolled through or expanded the complete text. Clicking “I Agree” constitutes your electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
20 Second Relief, Inc. will retain a record of your acceptance, including the date, time, your account identifier, and the specific version of this Agreement you agreed to.
20 Second Relief, Inc. is committed to providing a website and app that people can use with a range of devices and assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboards, browser zoom, captions, and voice control.
Our current technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification, and we review pages, forms, videos, and interactive features as the product changes.
Available movement-video captions follow the language selected in the app. We continue to review captions, translated content, movement instructions, and alternate formats. If a caption or instruction is inaccurate or inaccessible, contact us so we can provide the information another way and correct the source content.
Some features use third-party services, including payment, video, and translation technology. Their accessibility can vary. Please report a barrier even if it appears inside a third-party experience so we can investigate and help with an alternative path where possible.
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email us at support@20sr.com. To help us investigate, please include the page or feature you were using, what went wrong, your browser and device, and any assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing that information. You may also tell us the format in which you would prefer a response.
We review accessibility feedback as part of product maintenance. This statement describes our current goal and practices; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service is free of accessibility barriers.
For questions about your account, membership, program, privacy, or accessibility, email our support team at support@20sr.com.
